Description

Gypsum Construction Gypsum is a hemihydrated calcium sulfate (CaSO4-½H2O), produced from mining gypsum.

Presentation: Bulks of 40 KG.

Gypsum Construction allows a smooth finish and excellent appearance. It is recommended for covering ceilings, covering cracks, filling holes, as well as correcting undulations or defects and in the manufacture of arches, moldings and ceilings.

Gypsum is the oldest known binder, a natural material that when ground and dehydrated forms a powder that, when combined with water, becomes a moldable paste that sets over time.

The use of gypsum also includes the combination with sand to replace cement in constructions that do not support heavy loads such as low walls or partitions.
